Month Of Coordinator
Begins 4 weeks before the wedding
- Managing the wedding day schedule: Ensuring everything happens on time, from the ceremony to the reception events.
- Coordinating vendors: Liaising with florists, photographers, caterers, and other service providers to make sure everything runs smoothly.
- Overseeing setup: Making sure the venue is set up correctly according to the couple’s vision.
- Problem-solving: Handling any unexpected issues that arise on the wedding day.
- Assisting guests: Helping direct guests and making sure they’re comfortable.
PARTIAL PLANNING
Begins 6 Months before the wedding
Wedding planner packages include monthly calls to keep track of planning process and updates

- Final Vendor Selection: Recommending and coordinating with florists, caterers, photographers, DJs, and other vendors.
- Theme & Design: Assisting with the overall aesthetic, from the color scheme to the décor.
- Timeline Creation: Creating a detailed timeline for all wedding-related events, from the rehearsal dinner to the ceremony and reception.
FULL PLANNING
Begins 8+ months before the wedding
- Budget Management: Helping the couple create and stick to a wedding budget.
- Venue Selection: Researching, visiting, and booking venues that align with the couple’s vision.
- Vendor Selection: Recommending and coordinating with florists, caterers, photographers, DJs, and other vendors.
- Theme & Design: Assisting with the overall aesthetic, from the color scheme to the décor.
- Timeline Creation: Creating a detailed timeline for all wedding-related events, from the rehearsal dinner to the ceremony and reception.
- Contract Negotiation: Helping review and negotiate contracts with vendors.
- Handling Invitations: Assisting with guest lists, invitations, RSVPs, and seating arrangements.

Full Planning
We are with you from the beginning to the end. This services does also include coordination of rehearsal and the wedding day.
Partial Planning
Begins about 3 months prior to your set date. We take over vendor communications and handle the final planning stage.
Wedding Coordination
A wedding coordinator is a professional who helps ensure that all the logistics and details of a wedding day run smoothly. Unlike a wedding planner, who is involved from the beginning stages of planning the event, a wedding coordinator usually steps in closer to the wedding date (typically a month before) to manage the timeline, vendors, and day-of execution!

Day of management begins the week of your wedding.
Month of
We will step in the month of your event to take over everything you have worked on so far.

Decoration and Design Services
Wedding Decoration and Design Services focus on creating the aesthetic and ambiance of a wedding. These services are responsible for transforming the wedding venue and aligning it with the couple's vision, often working with a specific theme, color palette, or style in mind.
DIY Bride
This is for our DIY Bride who has everything and just needs someone to set up break down for the day.

Minimal Decor Assistance
If you only have light personal decor that needs set up but no break down we will build a package for you.
